Since leasing my SUV in July of 2019, I've had a recurring issue that affects my electrical system and it prevents me from operating my vehicle. If it sits for a day or two it corrects itself, which makes it hard for service to find the problem. When this happened again recently, I called the dealership and requested that I bring my SUV immediately to be looked at as I was nervous the issue would disappear again. The service department agreed and instructed me to bring it in immediately. They performed several tests and when they were unable to locate the cause of the issue, they called the engineers at GM. They were instructed to perform additional tests and it's possible they were able to locate the source of the problem. I was provided a rental during this process. Although we are unsure if the problem will reoccur, I was satisfied with the service.
